Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure seamless integration of new employees into the team.
Oversee HR operations, including employee data management, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies.
Develop and implement effective human resource strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop solutions to attract top candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in Human Resource Management or related field.
Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR Operations, and Human Resource Management principles.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
