Process: Star Health insurance - Sales Executive (Telesales)

Location: Marol, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400059
Job Type: Full-Time | Fixed Day Shift | Immediate Joining

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell health insurance products to potential customers.
• Make outbound calls to leads and follow up on inquiries.
• Clearly explain insurance plans, benefits, and premium structures.
• Ensure a smooth sales process and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass)
• Age: 18 to 30 years
• Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply
• Language Skills: Good communication in English & Marathi is essential
• Experience: min 1year Experience Mandatory !
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 15,000 to 30,000 Gross (based on experience & performance)
• Incentives: Unlimited performance-based incentives
• Shift: Fixed Day Shift (no rotational shifts)
