Job Description
Hiring: Sr. Talent Acquisition
Location: Gurugram
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical & non-technical positions in the aviation/airline industry.
- Partner with business leaders and HR to define manpower requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Resdex, Employee Referrals, etc.).
- Manage interview coordination, salary negotiations, and offer roll-outs.
- Maintain and enhance the candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
- Track recruitment metrics to ensure hiring efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in aviation, airline, or MRO organizations.
- Strong knowledge of technical and non-technical hiring.
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems, job portals, and LinkedIn hiring solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
