Job Description

The ideal candidate for the Web Development position must have a solid understanding of iterative and incremental software delivery, as well as the value of Agile Scrum metrics such as burn down metrics. It is essential to comprehend the technical aspects of the Agile Scrum process in a SaaS environment and other Lean development methods. Strong technical and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to effectively communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. The candidate should also possess the capability to diagnose and rectify sub-optimal situations. As a Scrum Master Manager at Cognizant TriZetto, the responsibilities include facilitating the implementation of the Agile (Scrum) framework for software development teams. The role involves acting as a servant leader for one or more teams, minimizing the impact of impediments on the timely completion of development work within fixed time frames, monitoring team performance, and establishing metrics to communicate team accomplishments to stakeholders.,
