Job Description

Minimum 7+ years in BPO HR Operations & Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role heading the HR Department. Lead and oversee the entire HR function, including HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

Required Candidate profile

Drive BPO-specific recruitment strategies to ensure timely and quality hiring for all levels, especially for high-volume requirements. Head the entire HR Department.
