We are Hiring for RPA Support Engineer for Mumbai location (WFO)- Power Automation

Role : RPA Support Engineer

Location : Thane/Andheri

The Application Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise-level applications. This role involves process monitoring, responding to user issues, managing incident resolution, and ensuring the smooth operation of software applications.

Job Description:

• Monitor & resolve support tickets and scheduled process issues
  
• Troubleshoot application errors and escalate complex issues
  
• Provide user support and basic training
  
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patches
  
• Monitor system health and ensure application uptime
  
• Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions
  
• Collaborate with IT/dev teams for issue resolution and process improvement
  

Key Skills:

Power Automate experience
SQL, Scripting (optional), JIRA/ServiceNow, RPA (preferred), Strong communication, Problem-solving
