Job Description
- As a part of the team, your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate vendor records, reconciling vendor statements, investigating discrepancies, reviewing and coding invoices with appropriate account and project codes, assisting with month-end closing procedures, supporting audit requirements, maintaining proper documentation, monitoring and maintaining internal control procedures, adhering to team SLA and KPI metrics, and contributing towards process improvement and automation ideas. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, along with experience in accounting software and ERP systems is essential. Having strong attention to detail, organizational skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills are also required. In addition, this position demands the ability to maintain high accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members across the organization. The working shift for this role is from 01:30 pm to 10:30 pm, following a hybrid mode of working.
