Job Description
Title: Deputy Manager -Marketing Specialist
Reporting To: Head of Business Marketing
Location - Andheri, Hybrid
Summary:
We seek a passionate and results-oriented Marketing Lead to join our growing digital business unit. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, demand generation, and brand awareness. You will also work with a team of marketing professionals, including designers, content creators, marketing operations specialists, and digital marketers, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the entire marketing function within the business unit.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies for existing and new products for the digital business.
- Monitor competition and work closely with sales teams to coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness, outreach, and demand generation.
- Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales. Seamless execution of the plans as per the plan as per pre-determined KPIs
- Drive lead and demand generation through various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
- Manage and oversee the performance of all marketing campaigns, including budget allocation and ROI tracking.
- Working with Inside Sales teams to drive demand generation and revenue funnel.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as sales, practice, and to ensure alignment and success.
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong track record of success in lead generation and demand generation.
- Proven experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Deep understanding of the IT services industry and its target audiences.
- Strong writing skills to articulate marketing messages for online and offline campaigns
- Prefer candidates from IT Service industry
