Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter
Experience : 1 to 5 Years
Location: PSR Prime Towers, Gachibowli, Hyderabad (Onsite)
Shift Timing: 06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs.
- Build and nurture relationships with healthcare candidates and clients.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide suitable candidates.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate documentation and generate recruitment reports regularly.
Must Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience in recruiting Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using the Careerstaff Portal is a plus.
