Job Description

Tech Mahindra is Hiring Recruiter (Contractual Role)
Location: Malad, Mumbai
Contract Duration: Direct contractual role (details to be shared during interview)

Role: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Entry Level

Eligibility:

Freshers with HR specialization (preferable)
OR candidates with 6 months of HR experience
Good communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in HR domain

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals and social platforms
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Maintain candidate database and follow up
Support HR team in daily recruitment activities.
