Job Description:
GSK Solutions is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong network of direct clients and prime vendors, and a proven track record in placing bench consultants.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Marketing and placing bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, US Citizens) to clients and vendors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Work closely with consultants to ensure consistent engagement and pipeline readiness.
- Negotiate rates, close deals, and follow up on submissions and interviews.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on activities, submissions, and closures.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good network with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
