Job Description

Job Summary:


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of industry experience, with a strong background in multi-stakeholder management, including clients and vendors. Project Manager will be responsible for managing operations with a minimum of 100 headcount, understanding client requirements, and collaborating across various functions to find relevant solutions. A graduate or above qualification is required, and PMP or process excellence skillset is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-stakeholder relationships, including clients and vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Understand client requirements or problem statements and find relevant solutions by collaborating with various functions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in project management or related roles.
- Proven experience in multi-stakeholder management, including clients and vendors.
- Strong understanding of client requirements and ability to find relevant solutions through collaboration.
- Graduate or above qualification in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or process excellence skillset.
- Experience in the mapping domain or related industries.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.
