Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Assist in managing employee data, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave requests, and performance evaluations.
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by senior staff members.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-2 years of experience in an HR role or related field (HR Operations).
Strong understanding of HRIS systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
