Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in managing employee data, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave requests, and performance evaluations.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by senior staff members.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in an HR role or related field (HR Operations).
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
