Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM / 8:30PM -5:30AM
Cab Facility: Two-way cab provided
Experience: 2+ years in HRBP / HR Executive role
Education: MBA in HR or relevant graduate degree

About the Role:
We are hiring an HR Executive to handle employee engagement, HR initiatives, and stakeholder management. The role involves resolving HR cases, facilitating discussions between employees and managers, implementing HR policies, and supporting HR programs on campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee engagement via calls or virtual meetings
  
• Own initiatives like Town Halls, Leadership Connects, Focus Groups
  
• Implement HR policies and suggest process improvements
  
• Prepare event calendars and weekly management reports
  

Skills & Competencies:

• Stakeholder management and employee relations
  
• Labour laws & HR policies knowledge
  
• Conflict management, emotional intelligence, and confidentiality
  
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  

Candidate Profile:

• MBA in HR or relevant degree
  
• 2+ years experience in HRBP / HR Executive role
  
• Team player with professionalism and maturity
