Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sr. HR Operations Specialist & IT Recruiter with over 4 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for along with handling various HR operational tasks, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and employee lifecycle management and end-to-end IT recruitment.
Role & responsibilities
- Support HR processes including onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle management.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
- Assist in coordination by collating attendance, leaves, and salary inputs.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles from sourcing to onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team dynamics.
- Source candidate through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
- Schedule and manage interviews with hiring teams.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement till onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles (e.g., developers, QA, DevOps, etc.).
- Proficient in using ATS, HRIS tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
