Job Description
- Gather insights for business visions, goals, and end users through discovery workshops with stakeholders.
- Conduct user research to identify pain points, aspirations, and challenges of end users.
- Define personas, journey maps, and storyboards to:
- Communicate and prioritize opportunity areas.
- Support creation of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
- Engage team and cross-functional stakeholders to:
- Understand user needs.
- Guide creation of thoughtful, interactive solutions.
- Ideate product characteristics, functionalities, and features.
- Analyze user interaction steps through user flows.
- Lead product prototyping, ensuring:
- Usability.
- Alignment with customer needs.
- Host usability testing sessions with end users to:
- Identify gaps.
- Improve final designs before development.
- Enable development team and stakeholders to create user-centered solutions with reduced time, effort, and iterations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design (B.Des. or M.Des.) in:
- Digital Design
- User Experience Design
- User Interaction Design
