Expereince: 10+ years Job Description: Should have handled End-to-end IT recruitment from Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Candidates Tracking and Follow-up till joining & maintaining the reports. Analyse requirement according to the specification mentioned by the clients. Procuring and screening resumes for the current hiring needs of the various requirements. Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the open requirements. Evaluating the candidate skills and competencies including communication skills, inter-personal skills, confidence level and presentation. Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like, LinkedIn, Job Portals to fill the open requirement. Experience in team and client handling. Strong communication skill is a must. Handling the team and guiding them to achieve their daily submission. Also to take review on recruiters submission on daily basis
