- You will play a key role as a Principal Consultant, Business Analyst - Surveillance at Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm committed to shaping the future by delivering impactful outcomes. As a Principal Consultant, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of constructing surveillance controls onto the surveillance platform. This pivotal role involves leading discussions as a change agent to integrate surveillance controls onto the platform, collaborating with TTO for solutioning the Surveillance platform, facilitating comprehensive UAT test support, establishing and maintaining a robust project governance structure, and adeptly managing stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in regulatory reporting, change management, and business analysis, with exposure to managing stakeholder relationships, creating user stories, backlog management, and ensuring compliance with confidentiality protocols. Experience in Trade Surveillance or utilizing third-party products for surveillance purposes will be highly advantageous. Additionally, proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly in writing user stories and managing sprints, along with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, is essential for excelling in this role. To qualify for this position, candidates are expected to hold a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, IT, or a related field.
