Job Description
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Position: HR Recruiter Employment Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, passion for hiring, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Source candidates through various job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media platforms, and employee referrals.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidates suitability for roles.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews, follow-ups, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and databases.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring business needs.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience during the hiring process.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Graduate (Preferred in HR/Management).
- Experience: Fresher / Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment / BPO hiring / Healthcare hiring / Customer Support hiring.
- Age Limit: Up to 29 years.
- Gender: Female candidates preferred.
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Salary: Up to 25,000 Take-Home (plus incentives).
- Performance-based incentives.
- No PF deduction.
Work Schedule
- Shift: Day Shift (9:30 AM 6:30 PM).
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
- Week Off: Sunday (Fixed).
- Mode of Interview: Face-to-Face.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
