Capgemini is hiring a dynamic Application Maintenance Lead to spearhead productivity improvement, service delivery transformation, and cost optimization across large-scale accounts. This strategic role involves working closely with the Engagement Manager and senior stakeholders to implement ZeroOps, RPA, Gen AI, and Problem Management initiatives.


Role & responsibilities

  • Lead Application Maintenance operations across multi-technology environments including SAP, BI, and Cloud & Cognitive Automation (C&CA).
  • Drive continuous improvement and transformation using levers like Automation, Gen AI, NoOps, and Lean/Six Sigma.
  • Ensure high standards in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management aligned with ITIL practices.
  • Manage senior stakeholders across Capgemini and client organizations.
  • Own and execute industrialization and cost optimization plans to improve contribution margins.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change management and improve KPIs/SLA performance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 12+ years of experience in IT service delivery, Application Maintenance, and managed services.
  • Proven leadership in managing large teams (250+ FTEs) across geographies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics, ROI measurement, and service delivery transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with RPA, Gen AI, Agentic AI, NoOps, and Lean/Six Sigma.
  • Certifications in ITIL and Six Sigma preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
