IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Associate Manager-Acquisition (Current Account) in Delhi NCR. As a leading financial institution, we are committed to providing our customers with the best banking services and products, and we are looking for a candidate who shares our passion for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new customers for the bank's current account products in Haryana

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and target segments

- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the bank

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with other departments within the bank to cross-sell and upsell products and services

- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors' activities to develop effective sales strategies

- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and performance to the management team.

Experience-1+ year of relevant experience.

Age - upto 30 years

Candidate should have decent communication skills.
