Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed), LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and social media platforms
• Perform Boolean and advanced keyword searches to identify passive talent
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic outreach to assess candidate fit and interest
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and high-priority roles
• Track sourcing metrics such as reach-out rate, response rate, and quality of pipeline
• Maintain updated and accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to align on job requirements and sourcing priorities
• Support talent pool creation for future hiring needs.
