Job Description
Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Salary: Up to 40,000 CTC per month
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience:
- Graduate fresher OR Undergraduate with minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Key Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good listening skills and customer-centric approach
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails, and chats
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate, relevant, and timely solutions
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers
- Record and update customer information accurately in the system
- Work closely with the team to meet quality and productivity targets
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, work from office (Bangalore)
- 24*7 shift
- Both side cab
