Job Description

The Architect Finishing Site is responsible for the on-site implementation, supervision, and quality assurance of all architectural finishing elements of a project. The role ensures that all interior and exterior finishing works are executed in line with the approved architectural drawings, design intent, material specifications, and quality benchmarks. The incumbent acts as a critical link between the design team and execution team, supporting mock-up reviews, resolving detailing challenges, and ensuring timely delivery of all architectural finishes.

Interpret and implement architectural finishing drawings on-site, ensuring alignment with approved plans and client requirements.

Supervise and monitor execution of finishing works including tiling, cladding, false ceiling, painting, joinery, and external faade finishes.

Coordinate with civil, MEP, and interior contractors to ensure seamless integration of finishing works with other services.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure design fidelity, quality workmanship, and adherence to architectural detailing.

Review and approve finishing mock-ups, material samples, and shop drawings submitted by contractors and vendors.
