Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Drive both topline and bottom-line growth for the zone
  
• Develop and execute annual operating plans, including revenue and cost forecasting
  
• Achieve sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annual) by upselling to existing members
  
• Ensure timely delivery of services and maintain high client satisfaction levels
  
• Recruit, train, and manage a consultative client servicing team, driving client retention strategies
  
• Analyze customer feedback, perform business intelligence reviews, and implement retention systems
  
• Forecast and analyze regional sales data, identifying opportunities and challenges
  
• Lead sales presentations and product demos, ensure timely follow-ups and target achievement
  
• Motivate the team via performance metrics, incentives, training, and performance reviews
  
• Requires strong communication, team leadership, and B2B/client relationship skills

Preferred candidate profile

• Ideal candidate profile: MBA/PGDM, strong leadership and team-management capabilities
• 10 - 12 years of sales experience from reputed companies
