Medha Cloud is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales cum Telecaller Intern to support our growing client engagement and sales efforts. This is not just a calling job; it's an opportunity to understand customer pain points, offer meaningful solutions, and build your skills in one of the fastest-growing sectors: cloud and IT services. Key Responsibilities - Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and messages to introduce Medha Cloud's services and qualify leads. - Client Needs Understanding: Identify client pain points related to cloud migration, Microsoft 365, backup, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or support services. - Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects. - CRM Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data, notes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM. - Promote Full-Service Portfolio: Communicate the value of our services including Azure, Microsoft 365, Virtual Machines, Cloud Backup, Endpoint Security, Email Services, and more. - Market Research: Help research target industries and identify high-potential segments. Required Qualifications (Must-Haves) - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Good interpersonal skills and confidence to handle outbound calls and follow-ups. - Willingness to learn about technical services and business communication strategies. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves) - Prior experience (internship/project) in customer service, lead generation, or telecalling is a bonus. - Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking software. - Interest or basic knowledge in IT/cloud concepts like Microsoft 365, Azure, or cybersecurity.
