Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide them with suitable candidate options.
  
• Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their technical skills and cultural fit.
  
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for permanent staffing roles within domestic market.
• Candidate should have good stability(minimum 3 years in present or previous company.
• Candidate should have strong experience working on Fulltime Hiring/Perm hiring's.
• Candidate should ready work from office( We do not have hybrid or remote option)
