Job Description
- As a Deputy Manager - Finance at MedGenome Labs Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing finance control and general accounting functions. With 4+ years of experience in Finance Control, you will ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, financial reporting, audits, and compliances. Your role will involve managing all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost accounting, Inventory accounting, and Revenue recognition in adherence to accounting policies. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring uniform and proper financial control and processes across the companies, presenting monthly financials to senior management and business heads, monitoring/reporting monthly operating results against the budget, and preparing monthly MIS reports such as Balance Sheet, P&L, and cash flow statements. You will be required to prepare financial statements in accordance with IndAS and USGAAP, collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits, and assist in the periodical physical verification of fixed assets and inventory. The ideal candidate for this position must hold a CA qualification. This is a full-time opportunity based in Bengaluru where you will work from the office.
