- As an Assistant Vice President - BI Architect at Genpact, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development of the business intelligence strategy and architecture. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable BI solutions while ensuring data quality and governance. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver BI solutions that align with their needs. Your key responsibilities will revolve around leading the BI architecture by designing secure and scalable solutions that meet business requirements. You will be responsible for developing and executing a BI strategy that aligns with business objectives. Your expertise in Power BI and Tableau will be crucial as you design and implement solutions including data modeling, visualization, and reporting. Additionally, you will oversee the design and implementation of data warehouses and data marts to support BI solutions. As a seasoned professional, you will be expected to provide leadership to a team of BI developers and analysts. Your role will also involve managing relationships with BI vendors such as Power BI and Tableau. Developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and security will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. The qualifications we are seeking in you include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. You should possess strong technical skills in Power BI, Tableau, data warehousing, data governance, and business analytics. Leadership experience in leading teams of BI developers and analysts is essential, along with excellent communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders. Your problem-solving skills will be crucial in designing and implementing BI solutions that meet business requirements. Preferred qualifications include certifications in Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools, as well as experience with cloud-based BI solutions and data science tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
