Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Employer Branding Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with business and talent goals.
- Identify unique EVP (Employee Value Proposition) and communicate it effectively across channels.
- Talent Attraction & Engagement:
- Partner with recruitment and HR teams to create compelling recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Manage employer branding content on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Naukri, etc.
- Internal Branding & Culture Building:
- Drive internal campaigns to strengthen company culture and employee engagement.
- Lead internal communication efforts related to recognition, diversity, inclusion, and values.
- Digital & Social Media Presence:
- Oversee creation of employer branding content including videos, blogs, testimonials, etc.
- Manage social media campaigns to enhance employer visibility and engagement.
- Campus & Early Careers Branding:
- Develop branding strategies for campus recruitment, internships, and graduate programs.
- Coordinate with universities and B-Schools for participation in events and career fairs.
- Metrics & Analytics:
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives.
- Prepare reports and recommendations based on performance metrics (reach, engagement, etc.).
