Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Product to lead product strategy and execution for our profitable and well-funded SaaS start-up based out of Gurgaon. As the Head of Product, you will report directly to the Founder, offering a unique opportunity to shape and scale both existing products and new offerings across expanding geographies. This leadership role comes with significant ownership and influence, making it ideal for a visionary product leader eager to leverage AI and technology to build world-class products in a meaningful, high-growth space. Your key responsibilities will include leading end-to-end product management for software solutions, driving innovation and development of new products, defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization aligned with business goals and growth plans. You will collaborate closely with founders, engineering, data science, sales, and marketing teams to deliver customer-centric solutions that drive engagement and revenue. Additionally, you will spearhead product expansion initiatives into new geographic markets, adapting offerings to local needs and maximizing impact. Employing data-driven decision-making and deep customer insights will be crucial to continuously optimize product performance and experience. Furthermore, fostering a strong culture of cross-functional collaboration, agility, and rapid experimentation will be essential, along with mentoring, building, and scaling a high-performing product management team. The ideal candidate for this role will have 12-15+ years of experience in senior product leadership roles, with a proven track record of building and scaling digital products. A strong background in AI-driven or technology-first companies, preferably with experience managing AI-based product portfolios, is required. Candidates with a Tier 1 educational pedigree (IIT/IIM or equivalent), exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, and a preference for ex-founders or individuals with an engineering background who understand product development at a deep technical level will be well-suited for this position. Experience in hypergrowth startup environments, comfort with ambiguity, and managing change are also desirable qualities. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities, along with a passion for building products that deliver tangible business impact and customer value, are key attributes we are looking for in our Head of Product.,
