As a Business Analyst specializing in Telecom domain technologies such as Nokia Flowone, Blue planet Inventory/MDSO, Amdocs CRM/Cramer, and BSS/OSS, your role at Infosys involves diving deep into customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring successful deployment to achieve client satisfaction.
