Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for field sales profiles sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Cold calling & database management to build a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Conduct bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, and coordinate large-volume interviews.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by partnering with business teams and hiring managers.
- Track hiring metrics such as TAT, sourcing mix, offer-to-join ratio, and dropout analysis.
- Ensure candidate engagement throughout the hiring process to reduce no-shows and early attrition.
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and trackers.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in bulk hiring (1520+ closures per month).
- Strong expertise in sourcing via job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Excellent cold calling and communication skills.
- Time management & multitasking skills to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of ATS/Excel trackers for reporting and database management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 24 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on bulk hiring for sales or field roles.
