Requirements

Job description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Azure & O365 Support Engineer to join our team for a US-based project. This role requires 1to 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1 support for Azure and Office 365 environments.
Troubleshoot issues related to Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Handle user provisioning, license management, and security configuration.
Coordinate with US-based clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Maintain documentation and follow standard ITIL practices.
Skills & Requirements:
1to 2 years of hands-on experience in Azure and Office 365 administration.
Strong understanding of Exchange Online, Active Directory, Teams, and basic PowerShell.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Mandatory: Must be based in Chennai and open to work in rotational night shifts.
Education & Certification:
Graduate in Computer Science / IT or related field.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-900, MS-900) will be an added advantage.
