We are currently seeking applications for the position of Management Trainee-Recruitment. As a Management Trainee-Recruitment at Genpact, you will play a key role in designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy. Your responsibilities will include performing job and task analysis, preparing recruitment materials, posting jobs on various platforms, sourcing and recruiting candidates, conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, and providing well-documented recruiting reports to the team. Additionally, you will be expected to apply HR recruiting best practices, build candidate relationships, and ensure the smooth functioning of the selection process. Qualifications we are looking for: Minimum Qualifications: - Proven work experience as a Recruiter with an in-house recruitment background for US/Canada clients. - Proficiency in conducting various types of interviews. - Hands-on experience with selection processes such as phone interviews, technical rounds, and reference checks. Preferred Qualifications: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong decision-making abilities.
