Job Description
What will you drive?
- Initiate and handle outbound calls to gather, confirm, or communicate critical
information.
- Engage assertively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders to
ensure timely data collection and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records and update tracking sheets using Excel.
- Coordinate across departments to streamline workflows and escalate issues as
needed.
- Prepare and share basic Excel-based reports and summaries with supervisors.
- Represent the organization in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
Who are we looking for?
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, coordination, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to command attention
and drive conversations effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, filtering, formatting, and basic formulas).
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred.
