Role Overview Customer Support Executive
- Contact insurance payers to resolve claims (denials/non-denials) using PMS and internal systems.
- Escalate issues, trends, and process improvements to supervisors.
- Maintain documentation: SOPs, trackers, issue logs, and trend reports.
- Participate in training sessions to build expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Investigate and resolve complex patient account issues.
- Identify accounts that can be resolved without calling and coordinate with analysts.
- Apply logical thinking to ensure accurate and efficient account resolution.
- Lead special projects and escalate complex payer issues when necessary.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience
- Graduates or Undergraduates welcome
- Strong communication skills
