Assistant Project Manager @ Bigbasket

Job Description

Facility Operations & Maintenance ,Oversee housekeeping, security, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping operations.

Conduct regular facility inspections and work with relevant teams or vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance. tejrajgroup.keka.com

Vendor and Contractor Management

• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors services, maintenance, repairs, and consumables.
  
• Monitor performance against Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and conduct periodic reviews.
  

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Enforce statutory health, safety, fire, hygiene, and environmental protocols.
  
• Support emergency preparedness: drills, incident response, and business continuity planning

Cost optimization through standardization and negotiation with vendors

Reduce Repair & Maintenance cost, costs saving Projects , Implementation of Power saving concepts.

Good & Healthy Coordination with effective communications between Vendor, Ops team & within a team.

Good Knowledge on Reuse and repair concepts

ownership for the timely availability of assets, Consumables and services at optimum costing and requisite quality.

Ensure 100% pest proofing of facilities with particular emphasis on closing vulnerable gaps as recommended by HSE manager / Pest control agency. Ensure day to day soft services (HK/Cafeteria/Scrap disposal) to be maintained.

Audits related Projects activities by proactive monitoring of gaps and taking timely remedial action

Ensure day to day soft services (HK/Cafeteria/Scrap disposal) with monthly record

Good Knowledge of Computer systems.

Good Technical Sound to ensure effective preventive maintenance of all assets to make sure 100% operational availability of critical assets at all times.
