• Skills:Full stack engineering manager - Automation / Performance / Functional / Client Relationship Management/Productivity Improvement/Risk Mitigation/Forward Thinking
• Overall Responsibility for Quality of testing and Timely delivery
• Key Driver of the Test Improvement Initiatives
• Create Test strategy, Overall Plans, Resource requirements and allocation, technical skill areasInteraction with Bank team on Project Risks & Concerns and resolution of issues
• Report project status to the Delivery or Program Manager
• Ensure compliance with GBK and QualityKiosk processes
• Knowledge Management on the projectCreate Test Design and Execution Plan and schedule of testingResponsible for Metrics Measurement and Implementation
