**Job Overview**

We are looking for highly motivated and customer-centric professionals to join our Technical Support Voice Process team. In this role, you will handle international voice calls, provide expert technical assistance, and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

 

Eligibility Criteria

Education:** Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience:** Minimum 1 year and up to 5 years of experience in *International Voice Calling* (Technical Support experience is preferred)

 

**Job Details**

CTC:** Up to 4.50-6 LPA
Work Mode:** Work from Office (WFO)
Shifts:** US Night Rotational Shifts
Week Offs:** 2 Rotational Week Offs (5-day working week)
Transportation:** 2-way cab facility provided
