We are currently seeking a Senior Associate for Supply Chain Management. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring cost-effective delivery and supply chain processes for products, ensuring relevant goods and services reach the end consumer. You will coordinate with inbound and outbound logistics teams, manage shipping processes, and collaborate with third parties to ensure timely deliveries. Additionally, you will proactively identify and resolve logistics issues, track product deliveries, and provide necessary administrative support to the logistics or supply chain function of the client. Key responsibilities include: - Coordination of logistics tasks and activities - Shipping products from origin to destination - Identifying and resolving logistics issues - Tracking product deliveries - Providing administrative support - Utilizing client-provided technology tools - Developing reports and dashboards - Communicating data and analysis to client stakeholders Qualifications we are looking for: Minimum qualifications: - Good understanding of logistics and transportation processes - Experience in logistics and transportation - Familiarity with supply chain in the hi-tech or technology distributor industry - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Good data management and reporting abilities - Advanced MS Excel skills - Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as MS Power BI and Tableau - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects Preferred qualifications: - Familiarity with SAP S2 Hana, K2.Net This is a full-time position located in Bangalore, India.
