Job Description
- Role Overview: As a Senior ServiceNow Developer at Wipro Limited, you will utilize your technical expertise to contribute to the architecture planning and design of the relevant tower, such as platform, database, middleware, backup, etc. Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure seamless functioning. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). - Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Workflows to enhance ServiceNow functionalities. - Implement and monitor ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers, and CMDB health for efficient operations. - Establish integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and custom integrations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into functional/technical specifications, and deliver robust solutions. - Improve performance and scalability of ServiceNow instances to meet business demands. - Engage in testing, quality assurance, and production deployment processes to ensure seamless implementation. - Create and maintain technical documentation for implementations and customizations to facilitate knowledge sharing.
