About the Role:

Join IntouchCX, a global leader in customer care! As a Customer Support Associate (Chat Process), you'll manage inbound chat queries from international customers, providing exceptional service and resolving issues across products, services, and technical concerns.

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound chat queries from international customers.
• Provide quick and accurate responses about products, services, refunds, and more.
• Troubleshoot issues or escalate when needed.
  

What We Need:

• Typing speed: 35+ WPM with 90%+ accuracy.
• Strong written English (grammar, spelling, tone).
• Chat tool experience (Zendesk, LiveChat) is a plus.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights.
  

Salary:

2.4LPA - 3.4LPA
