Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers with professionalism and clarity.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in an international BPO voice process, demonstrating effective communication skills and the ability to handle diverse customer interactions.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, or processes.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a positive attitude and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Follow company guidelines, scripts, and compliance standards during calls.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately in the system.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
- Meet individual and team performance targets such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction.
- Adapt to different cultural nuances and communicate clearly with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Work in shifts and be flexible to accommodate international time zones.
- Continuously update knowledge about products, services, and company policies.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
