Job Description

Achieve sales targets for diagnostics products/services in the assigned territory.
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with hospitals, labs, and diagnostic centers. RoleRole & responsibilities
Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure target achievement.
Conduct regular sales review meetings and field visits with team members
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, doctors, pathologists, and channel partners.
Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize revenu
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Develop and implement sales strategies to strengthen the brand in the territory.
Provide regular feedback to senior management on opportunities and risks
