Job Description

Work Experience: Minimum 1 year (Manufacturing/Warehouse preferred)

Qualification: Any Graduate (Non-B.Tech)

Manage Gate Entry & Inwarding of materials against PO, invoices, and other documents.
-
Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and buyers to resolve disputes and discrepancies.
-
Ensure 100% compliance with commercial rules and government regulations.

Plan and execute dispatches based on stock transfer orders, purchase critical lists, and production requirements.
-
Oversee safe vehicle loading, barrel filling, and tanker loading with contractor coordination.
-
Work closely with the security team for vehicle inward/outward management.
-
Collaborate with multiple departments: Production, QA, Purchase, Planning, Central Supply Chain, IT, Accounts, Taxation, OPCs, IBU, R&D, NPD teams etc.

Handle export activities including documentation and execution.

Ensure manpower management for truck dispatch, tanker loading, and barrelization.

Report unsafe conditions and ensure behaviour-based safety (BBS) implementation.

Implement 5S and housekeeping practices in the RM area.

Knowledge of SAP-MM (transactions, movement, validation, troubleshooting).

Exposure to SAP-EWM or equivalent WMS software.

Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint for reporting.

Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau (basic analytics).
-
Certifications in Six Sigma, DOE, or equivalent will be an added plus.
Eligibility Criteria
General Objective
The Executive will be responsible for end-to-end movement and accounting of raw materialsfrom inwarding, storing, and dispatching, to issuing to production. This role provides an opportunity to work in a newly commissioned automated paint plant with modern tools and technologies such as DCS, SAP-EWM, and MES.
The role requires managing local godown operations, manpower handling, safety compliance, and coordination with supply chain teams, vendors, transporters, and plant stakeholders.
