Job Description

Collaboration & Evangelism

Work closely with the PMO, HO Tech, Business, and Labs teams to understand and champion technology roll-outs

Act as an evangelist for new tech initiatives, driving awareness, enthusiasm, and engagement among field users

Coordinate stakeholder meetings, pilot programs, and deployment roadmaps

Training Delivery

Conduct structured training programs for field staff on identified tech applications and tools

Adapt training approaches to suit varying levels of digital literacy across geographies

Effective Communication

Demonstrate strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and relevant local languages

Facilitate two-way communication, encouraging feedback and clarifying doubts post-training

Prepare and use training aids, job aids, FAQs, and other support materials effectively

Training Documentation & Feedback Management

Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date repository of training sessions conducted, attendance logs, feedback collected, and follow-ups

Summarize key feedback and insights to aid in future improvements

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Regularly publish metrics on training effectivenesse.g., user adoption rate, training satisfaction, improvement in usage
