Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound calling. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services, understand their needs, and close sales efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable offerings.
  • Generate leads, convert inquiries into sales, and follow up to close deals.
  • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and address customer objections.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with team members and share best practices to improve results.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer preferences or objections.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Graduate in any field.
  • Experience: 01 year or more experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or customer support. Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
    • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
    • Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
    • Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM or sales tools.
    • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu
