 About The Role   About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget, schedule, and scope. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to achieve project objectives. Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, identifying resources, and managing timelines.
  • Manage project budget and ensure financial control.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities effectively.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Track project progress and report status updates to stakeholders.
  • Implement best practices in project management methodologies (Agile etc.).
  • Ensure project documentation and deliverables meet company standards.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize project processes and improve team efficiency.

    •  Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in an IT
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile etc.) and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira)
