Job Description
- As an IT Infra Deputy Manager at a well-known NBFC in Gurugram, your role is crucial in providing guidance and support related to IT infrastructure and network aspects. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless delivery of IT services while ensuring data security and adherence to policies and processes. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for administering and maintaining Nutanix clusters, including VM provisioning, storage optimization, and cluster health monitoring. Additionally, you will configure and manage Fortinet firewalls, Juniper switches, and Ruckus Wi-Fi to ensure high availability and performance of LAN/WAN networks. Integration with Active Directory or RADIUS for user authentication is also a key aspect of your role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer and maintain Nutanix clusters, perform regular updates, backups, and disaster recovery planning. - Monitor server performance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and use ManageEngine tools for IT asset management and network monitoring. - Lead a team of IT support engineers/network administrators, coordinate with vendors, and enforce IT policies and procedures. - Configure and manage Fortinet firewalls, conduct security audits, and configure endpoint protection. - Deploy and maintain Ruckus Wi-Fi access points, integrate with Active Directory or RADIUS, and provide L1/L2 level support to keep business processes running smoothly. **Qualifications Required:** - MCSC and CCNA certifications - Technical competencies in Fortinet Firewall, Juniper Switches, Ruckus Wifi, Netskope, CommVault, OPManager, Manage Engine, Virtualisation, Azure AD, etc. In this role, your competencies in application support, change management, user management, and communication skills will be essential. Proficiency in English and Hindi is desirable to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Your technical expertise and proactive approach will contribute to the efficient functioning of IT infrastructure and network operations.,
